Our websites are for informational purposes and serve as a binding contract for purchasers of Elementbots NFTs. Elementbots is a collection of generative, digital artwork (NFTs) located inside and utilized on the Polygon Network.
The responsibility for the securement and management of these NFTs rests on the User and Collectors which include but are not limited to Polygon Wallets. The user is responsible to validate all transactions and contracts created by our websites prior to and after purchases. Users are entirely responsible for the safety and management of their own private Polygon wallets and validating all transactions and contracts generated by our website before approval. Any connected services, our websites and any products included in our websites are provided “as available” and “as is'' without any kind of warranty. By using our websites you are accepting sole responsibility for any and all transactions involving Elementbots digital collectibles. Users recognize through purchase that they understand how the Elementbot smart contract is utilized on the Polygon network and is bound by their system and terms, there is no ability to reverse, undo or restore any transactions. By using this website, it constitutes your agreement that you accept sole responsibility for any and all transactions involving Elementbot digital collectibles.
You represent you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing an Elementbot NFT, you now are the owner of the NFT. The transference of ownership is performed on the Polygon Network. Ownership of the NFT is dictated by the smart contract and the Network terms of Polygon. On the basis of your continued acceptance with these terms, Elementbots grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy and display the purchased art, along with any derivative artwork or extensions which you can create or use limited by the following purposes: (a) your own personal, non commercial use, (b) within a marketplace allowing sales and purchases of your Elementbot NFT so long the marketplace cryptographically verifies that you are the owner of the NFT, to ensure that only the actual owner have the right to display the Art; or (c) part of a third party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement or participation of your Elementbot, given that the website or the application cryptographically verifies each Elementbot owner’s right to display the art for their Elementbot, to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the actual owner of the Elementbot leave the application or website.
Subject to actual owner of Elementbots NFTs continued compliance with these Terms, Elementbots grant you an unlimited, worldwide license to use, copy and display the purchased Art for the purpose of creating derivative works based upon the Art. Such examples of Commercial Use would be using the Art to create and sell physical merchandise products such as hats, shirts etc. which display a purchased art copy.
As an Owner of an Elementbots NFT, nothing in this section will prevent you from (a) owning or operating a marketplace that permits the use and sale of an Elementbot, given that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each Elementbot owner’s right to display the Art of their Elementbot to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, (b) owning or operating a third party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement or participation of an Elementbot, given that the website or the application cryptographically verifies each Elementbot owner’s right to display the Art for their Elementbot, to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the actual owner of the Elementbot leave the application or website or (c) earning revenue from any of the foregoing.
In addition, Elementbots reserves the right to use ANY character, including: digital advertising or print, or any purely creative medium (such as, but not limited to animation series, video game, filmography, merchandise such as shirts, hats, figurines etc.) in support of the Elementbot community and message.
You are not allowed to use Elementbot artwork in connection with images of violence, hatred or any other inappropriate behavior.
The license granted above only applies given that you own an Elementbot NFT. At any point that you trade, giveaway, donate, sell, or transfer or otherwise dispose of your NFT for any reason, the above license will expire immediately, without notice, and you will no longer hold further rights in or to the artwork of this NFT.
Excluding the rights to the Art, nothing gives you any rights to any other intellectual property or trademark rights belonging to Elementbots including, without limitation Elementbots, and the associated logos. All of these rights are expressly reserved in the name of Elementbots.
The roadmap development is dependent on selling out the entire Elementbots NFT collection. We reserve the right to change the roadmap as we see necessary. Please do your own research before purchasing. This is not financial advise.

By submitting any feedback or suggestions, you agree we are free to use them in anyway without additional compensation to you and you hereby grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive worldwide license to incorporate and use the feedback for any purpose.
Since graduating with a degree in music from Berklee College of Music and moving to Nashville, Kristin Weber has toured world-wide playing with major country and pop artists as well as bluegrass and indie rock bands. She's written string arrangements and recorded on numerous records as a fiddler, classical player, and singer, including Dolly Parton, Margo Price, Midland, Cage the Elephant and Roy Orbison.
She's performed with Lorde, Eminem, Kacey Musgraves, Lee Ann Womack, Cage The Elephant, Trampled By Turtles, Augustana, Michael Bublè, and she has appeared on Jimmy Fallon, Seth Meyers, Good Morning America, The Grand Ole Opry, and the CMT Awards.
Bobby Chase is a violinist, violist, producer and composer based in Nashville, TN. His eclectic musical upbringing in Washington, DC led him to Nashville to pursue music production and performance professionally. Having graduated from Belmont University with a degree in Audio Engineering and Violin Performance, he continues to push himself musically and expand his horizons by staying active classically and commercially—playing in symphony orchestras, collaborating and recording with pop and indie artists, and arranging and composing works for everything from film scores to hip hop tracks. He recently traveled to Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan as a musical Ambassador for the “American Music Abroad” program, where he was able to learn from, teach, collaborate, and perform with local musicians and songwriters.
Bobby has been honored and humbled to have performed live or recorded in the studio with Ms. Lauryn Hill, Kacey Musgraves, Maren Morris, Martina McBride, Dan + Shay, Gillian Welch, Dave Rawlings, Nick Jonas, and many more.
Nicole is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Music Education. She worked as an educator both on the K-12 and collegiate level. She eventually began working for the industry in 2008, moving to Nashville in December of 2017 to pursue a career as a composer/arranger.
Nicole has written and recorded arrangements for various artists such as Ms. Lauryn Hill, Eminem, Rihanna, Fantasia, T.I.'s Tiny Desk Performance on NPR, and H.E.R.'s 2018 BET Awards Performance along with Sony, Universal, and Motown artists. She has also performed with Michael Bublé, Eminem at Bonnaroo, Florida Georgia Line & Bebe Rexha on the CMA & Dove Awards.
Melodie began playing cello in West Hartford, CT and made her way to Nashville to pursue music in 2009. She studied classically with Hartford Symphony and Nashville Symphony players and pushed the limits of her cello with some of Nashville’s best violinists, cellists, and bassists while at Belmont University.
She has recorded and performed with hundreds of artists, some favorites including Brandi Carlile, Trace Adkins, Coheed & Cambria, Steven Curtis Chapman, and Fletcher. Career highlights: Bonnaroo with Cage the Elephant, CMAs with Florida Georgia Line & Bebe Rexha, CMT Awards with Eric Church, and NBC’s “Smash” with Katharine McPhee and Jeremy Jordan.
